Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development & Communications Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and professional communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys building long-term business relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and international markets.
- Reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other professional platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.
- Prepare and send professional business proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails.
- Generate leads independently and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Manage CRM, lead databases, and business communication records.
- Support export and international sales initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally while promoting Kheoni's sustainability mission.
- Achieve monthly business development targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation platforms is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude.
- Previous experience in corporate sales, retail, hospitality, skincare, healthcare, exports, or global sales is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
