- Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and route incoming/outgoing mail.
- Reception: Welcome clients and guests, address inquiries, and ensure a professional, tidy front-desk environment.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and maintain department calendars.
