We are seeking an experienced Senior Software & Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain the company's websites, web applications, software solutions, and internal business systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality digital solutions while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain company websites, web applications, and software solutions.
- Develop and enhance internal business applications based on organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver user-friendly and responsive applications.
- Ensure software quality, security, performance, and reliability.
- Identify and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting.
- Maintain technical documentation and support system improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in software and web application development.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application architecture.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and the ability to work collaboratively with design teams.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple development projects and meet deadlines.
