Location: Ludhiana
Experience: 0–3 Years (Field Marketing / Sales Preferred)
Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Based on Performance)
Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days Working
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to handle on-ground marketing activities and generate student leads for our Educational Institute.
This is a 100% Field Job (Outdoor Marketing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Pamphlet distribution in targeted areas
- Conduct canopy activities and roadshows
- Door-to-door marketing campaigns
- Visit schools, colleges & local markets for promotions
- Organize and promote seminars & career counselling sessions
- Generate daily leads and maintain lead data
- Area-wise marketing planning and execution
- Coordinate with the admission team for follow-ups
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers with good communication can apply
- Experience in field marketing, BTL activities, or sales will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
