Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to facilitate employment opportunities for students and trainees enrolled in skill development programs. The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with employers, coordinate placement drives, prepare candidates for interviews, and ensure successful placements while meeting organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, HR professionals, staffing agencies, and employers.
- Identify job opportunities aligned with candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and placement events.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure candidates are job-ready.
- Conduct career counselling sessions and guide candidates on career paths.
- Assist candidates with resume preparation, interview scheduling, and interview readiness.
- Track placement status, joining confirmations, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets.
- Maintain employer and candidate databases using CRM/MIS systems.
- Ensure timely reporting of placement data as per organizational and government guidelines (where applicable).
- Collect employer feedback to improve training programs and candidate employability.
- Build long-term partnerships with companies for recurring hiring requirements.
- Support internship and apprenticeship opportunities for eligible candidates.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA (HR/Marketing) or PG Diploma in Human Resources/Business Management is preferred.
- Experience in Skill Development, NSDC projects, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS, NATS, EdTech, HR Consultancy, or Staffing is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
