We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist / Assistant Manager with 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels

Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication

Support onboarding and smooth joining processes

Coordinate with vendors and recruitment partners

Assist in HR operations, employee engagement activities, and employee support

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring updates

2+ years of experience in IT recruitment/talent acquisition

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and hiring platforms

Good understanding of IT roles and technologies

Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities

Experience in vendor/stakeholder management

Comfortable working in a startup and fast-paced environment
