- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately through POS systems.
- Receive payments through cash, UPI, cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain proper cash balance and assist in preparing daily sale reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with billing queries.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing.
- Ensure proper handling of bills, vouchers, and receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Follow company policies related to cash handling and customer service.
- Support outlet operations and other staff during peak business hours.
