Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate who can identify business opportunities, generate quality leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. If you enjoy networking, pitching, and closing deals, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to businesses and schedule meetings or discovery calls.
- Understand client requirements and present Kraflo's services effectively.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close new business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any feild
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace/MS Office is a plus.
