TalentFly is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and approachable Student Relations Officer to build strong relationships with students and create a positive learning environment. We are seeking someone who enjoys mentoring young people, maintaining discipline, and organizing engaging student activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students.
- Build positive and professional relationships with students.
- Monitor student attendance, punctuality, and classroom discipline.
- Counsel students regarding attendance, behaviour, and academic responsibility when required.
- Motivate and encourage students to stay focused on their career goals.
- Plan and coordinate student engagement and personal development activities.
- Work closely with faculty to ensure a positive student experience.
- Foster a friendly, supportive, and respectful campus environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Extroverted, confident, and approachable personality.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to guide students with empathy while maintaining discipline.
