Responsibilities:
- Mainly Recruitment — post jobs, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, onboard new joiners
- Manage attendance, leaves, and monthly payroll input
- Draft offer letters, contracts, and company policies
- Coordinate with CA for PF, ESIC, and TDS compliance
- Maintain employee records and handle people-related issues
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
