We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence across all online platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content marketing, website management, SEO, performance tracking, and UI/UX optimization. This role requires someone who can combine marketing creativity with technical expertise to enhance customer engagement, improve website performance, and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars across social media, website, blogs, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate campaigns for new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional events.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.
Content Marketing
- Create, edit, and oversee high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and maintains consistency in tone and messaging.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and merchandising teams to create engaging visual and written content.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
Website Management
- Manage and regularly update the company website.
- Coordinate product uploads, landing pages, banners, blogs, and content updates.
- Ensure website functionality, speed, security, and mobile responsiveness.
- Work closely with developers to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
UI/UX Optimization
- Analyze customer journeys and website behavior to improve user experience.
- Recommend and implement improvements in navigation, page layouts, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance website usability and aesthetics.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
Technical Digital Marketing
- Manage website analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, backlinks, and website health.
- Assist with PPC campaigns, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and remarketing initiatives.
- Implement tracking pixels, conversion events, and marketing automation tools.
Analytics & Reporting
- Generate regular reports on website traffic, campaign performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and digital marketing effectiveness.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and website management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital analytics.
- Experience managing CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website optimization principles.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency with design collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,064.68 - ₹28,000.00 per month
