Job Responsibilities
- Install broadband and fiber internet connections at customer locations
- Configure routers, modems, Wi-Fi devices, and networking equipment
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity and speed-related issues
- Perform fiber cable laying, LAN cabling, and basic network testing
- Attend customer service requests and resolve complaints within SLA timelines
- Coordinate with backend/NOC teams for issue resolution
- Ensure quality installation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain daily service reports and closure updates
Required Skills
- Basic networking knowledge (Router, LAN, Wi-Fi, IP Configuration)
- Understanding of fiber optic and broadband connections
- Cable crimping and troubleshooting skills preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to travel and work in field operations
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, or Fiber Installation
- Freshers with networking knowledge can also apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
