Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute search engine optimization strategies that improve organic traffic, search rankings, and online visibility. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and SEO analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, internal linking, and site structure.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes for crawlability, indexing, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Plan and execute link-building and off-page SEO campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions, and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Mentor junior SEO team members and guide SEO projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and performance reporting.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing SEO campaigns for multiple websites or clients.
- Knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with content marketing and conversion optimization.
- SEO certifications are an advantage.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week (54 hours/week).
Experience: 3–5+ years preferred.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Pay: ₹14,983.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
