About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to acquire new IT projects and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT sales, client acquisition, and handling end-to-end sales cycles for software and IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new IT projects from domestic and international clients.
- Prospect potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions (software, web, mobile, and IT services).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations to close deals successfully.
- Conduct product demos and solution presentations to clients.
- Coordinate with technical teams for feasibility, costing, and delivery planning.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track leads using CRM tools.
- Gather client feedback and support long-term account growth.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT project acquisition and client handling.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital products.
- Experience in negotiation, pre-sales, and proposal preparation.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of emerging technologies like Blockchain, Crypto (added advantage).
