Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand the market presence of our Soffit Division. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening the dealer and distributor network, generating project sales, acquiring new clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and market expansion in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets.
- Develop and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
- Generate project sales and acquire new clients.
- Generate leads and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, contractors, dealers, and other business partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and projects.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Provide regular market feedback and business updates to the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, product requirements, and customer support.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in the following products/industries will be preferred:
- POP Ceiling
- Metal Ceiling
- Gypsum Board
- Fiber Cement Sheet
- False Ceiling
- Building Materials / Interior Products
Required Skills
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in dealer and distributor development.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
