We are looking for a motivated Senior Sales Team Lead to drive performance and support business growth.
Experience Required
1–3 years of sales experience
(Team handling experience preferred but not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Assist in planning and executing sales strategies
Monitor daily performance and provide guidance
Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients
Maintain strong client relationships
Prepare basic sales reports and updates
