About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Impact & Content Operations Intern who enjoys writing, designing, storytelling, and working on creative communication.
This role is primarily content and creative-focused (approximately 60%), with the remaining 40% involving operations and coordination. You will work on documenting student experiences and achievements, creating engaging content and presentations, and supporting events and student engagement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Creative – 60%
- Write, edit, and proofread content for presentations, reports, articles, student stories, and other communication materials.
- Create engaging content showcasing student experiences, achievements, success stories, and educational impact.
- Design presentations, infographics, and visual content using Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Assist in creating multimedia content such as interviews, videos, and other creative assets.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to support research, ideation, and content creation.
- Help transform student achievements and classroom experiences into compelling stories for parents and stakeholders.
Operations & Coordination – 40%
- Maintain student impact records, databases, and communication logs.
- Assist with impact analysis and data entry.
- Support the planning and coordination of student engagement activities, webinars, workshops, and showcases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect relevant student information, achievements, and activity updates.
- Assist in organizing and documenting events and educational initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content writing, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Good knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and MS Word.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- A proactive individual who is eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.
