Job Description
Electric Motor மற்றும் அதன் spare parts-க்கு protective coating மற்றும் finishing paint apply செய்து corrosion protection மற்றும் நல்ல finishing quality maintain செய்வதற்கு பொறுப்பானவர்.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Surface Preparation
- Motor body, end cover, fan cover போன்ற metal parts-ஐ paintingக்கு முன் dust, oil, rust remove செய்து surface clean செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Sanding / grinding மூலம் surface smooth prepare செய்ய வேண்டும்.
2. Primer Application
- Motor parts மீது anti-rust primer coat apply செய்து corrosion protection ensure செய்ய வேண்டும்.
3. Painting Work
- Spray gun / brush / powder coating method மூலம் electric motor parts-க்கு painting செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Company standard colour மற்றும் thickness maintain செய்ய வேண்டும்.
4. Drying Process
- Paint செய்யப்பட்ட motors-ஐ air drying / oven drying process-க்கு அனுப்பி proper curing ensure செய்ய வேண்டும்.
5. Quality Checking
- Paint finish-ல் uneven coating, bubbles, scratches, paint peel போன்ற defects இருக்கிறதா check செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- தேவையானால் touch-up painting செய்ய வேண்டும்.
6. Equipment Handling
- Spray painting equipment, compressor, paint booth போன்ற tools-ஐ proper-ஆ handle செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Equipment maintenance மற்றும் cleaning செய்ய வேண்டும்.
7. Safety Compliance
- PPE (mask, gloves, safety goggles) பயன்படுத்தி safety procedures follow செய்ய வேண்டும்.
- Chemical paint handling safety rules follow செய்ய வேண்டும்.
8. Material Management
- Paint, thinner, primer போன்ற materials-ஐ proper-ஆ store செய்து wastage minimize செய்ய வேண்டும்.
9. Housekeeping:
- Painting area-ஐ clean மற்றும் organized-ஆ maintain செய்ய வேண்டும்.
10. Coordination
- Production / maintenance team உடன் coordinate செய்து motors-ஐ time-க்கு painting செய்து dispatch ready செய்ய வேண்டும்.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
