Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with deep expertise in technical development, production support, integration, testing, and automation using the PeopleSoft Test Framework. In this role, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, and support PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM applications while leading automated regression testing initiatives alongside functional, QA, and business stakeholders.
What will your role look like
Design, develop, troubleshoot, and support PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM applications in complex customized environments.- Install, configure, record, edit, parameterize, and execute automated test cases using the PeopleSoft Test Framework client.
- Design reusable test components and libraries while managing test data and environment-specific variables.
- Troubleshoot PTF playback failures and maintain automated regression suites across application updates and PUM cycles.
- Identify automation candidates across FSCM and HCM business processes and produce test execution evidence with defect-support documentation.
- Collaborate with functional, QA, and project teams to deliver technical solutions, handle defect resolution, and support release validation.
- Work overlapping shift hours to support US customers, working up to 11:00 PM IST.

We would like you to bring along
8+ years of hands-on technical experience in PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or support projects.- Minimum 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework or hands-on PTF experience in at least 2 projects.
- Deep technical proficiency with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query, SQL, and migration tools.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, technical ownership, and experience with regression testing, batch processes, and reporting.
- Ability to work overlapping US customer hours (up to 11:00 PM IST).
