Kumaran Speciality Private Limited (KSPL), a growing Food Manufacturing Industry, is looking for an experienced and result-driven Operations Incharge to lead production, packing, and operational activities while ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
Your Role
- Oversee end-to-end production, filling, and packing operations.
- Coordinate label design, packaging materials, and product development activities.
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to achieve business targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
- Maintain product quality, food safety, and GMP standards throughout operations.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Strengthen and streamline packing operations to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Prepare daily production reports and operational MIS for Management.
- Support continuous process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Act as the key operational coordinator between Krish Foods and KSPL to ensure seamless execution.
