Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Negotiable)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Engineer from the Gear Manufacturing Industry with strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO Standards, Quality Documentation and Customer Quality Requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities for Candidate:
- Ensure implementation and compliance of IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
- Prepare, maintain and control quality documents, SOPs, Work Instructions and Quality Procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis using 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis and 8D methodology.
- Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC documentation.
- Conduct internal process audits and support customer and certification audits.
- Monitor in-process and final inspection activities to ensure product quality.
- Coordinate with Production, Design and Customer for quality-related issues.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and reduce rejection and customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Gear Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory)

- 7 QC Tools & Why-Why Analysis
- 8D Report Preparation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
