About Us
Jai Mithran Infrastructure is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineers to join our growing construction team in Coimbatore. We are seeking candidates with hands-on site execution experience who can effectively manage day-to-day construction activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site.
* Read and interpret construction and execution drawings.
* Perform and verify site marking and layout activities.
* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers.
* Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
* Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed on-site.
* Maintain site records and documentation.
Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 3–4 years of experience in construction site execution.
* Basic knowledge of site marking and layout.
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
* Understanding of execution drawings and site implementation.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and solve on-site issues.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in commercial construction projects.
* Knowledge of construction materials and site management.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and measurements.
