About the role:We are looking for a Clinical Quality & Protocol Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care across our weight loss programs. The role involves auditing prescriptions and consultations, maintaining treatment protocols, training doctors, and ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Responsible for reviewing and auditing prescriptions to ensure accuracy, clinical appropriateness, and compliance with established treatment protocols.
- Conduct training sessions for physicians on weight management practices, medication guidelines, and the latest clinical updates.
- Monitor patient outcomes, identify potential clinical concerns, and ensure adherence to standard treatment plans. Develop, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), clinical guidelines, and treatment protocols.
- Provide clinical support to physicians by addressing queries related to medication dosages, drug interactions, and complex patient cases.
- Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and regulatory standards across all clinical practices.
- Conduct quality audits of consultations and prescriptions to maintain high standards of patient care. Gather and analyze feedback from physicians and patients to drive continuous improvement and enhance clinical outcomes.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Strong understanding of obesity management, clinical practices, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of prescription auditing, patient safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to effectively train, guide, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
- MBBS mandatory; MD Pharmacology/Internal Medicine preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical quality, medical auditing, or healthcare quality management.
- Experience in weight management, lifestyle medicine, or preventive healthcare will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹19,638.84 - ₹35,000.00 per month
