We use AI tools daily to grow and improve how we work -- and we are now looking for a technical partner who can help us take our ideas all the way from concept to finished, deployable, real-world products.

We are seeking an AI Developer with a strong entrepreneurial mindset to join our remote team. You will work closely with the business owner and team to develop AI-powered solutions, analyze market opportunities, and implement strategies that drive real business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Developing AI-powered apps, tools, and solutions tailored to our business needs
- Taking projects from idea all the way to deployment not just building pieces
- Analyzing market trends and identifying where AI can create new business opportunities
- Automating business workflows and repetitive processes using the latest AI tools
- Assisting with AI-driven marketing content creation, social media automation, SEO, and ads
- Helping the team understand the full software development process end-to-end
- Contributing ideas for new AI-powered software products we can bring to market
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Background
- 4-5 years minimum hands-on software development experience, not just coursework
- End-to-end delivery - must have actually built and shipped real, complete projects
- Education Computer Science, IT, Engineering degree or equivalent self-taught background
Technical Skills
Programming Python and/or JavaScript etc
- AI Tools ChatGPT, Claude, Make.com, Zapier, or similar hands-on experience required
- Automation & CRM Platforms GoHighLevel (GHL), n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar hands-on workflow automation experience required
- Full project lifecycle ideation, development, testing, deployment, and iteration
- AI-assisted dev tools Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or v0 is a strong plus
- API integrations and workflow automation experience
Entrepreneurial & Business Skills
- Able to think beyond the code understands the business impact of what you build
- Can analyze market trends and identify AI-driven business opportunities
- Has a marketing mindset can assist with AI-driven content, social media, SEO, and ads
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where scope can evolve
- Able to explain technical ideas clearly to a non-technical team

AI Knowledge
Hands-on experience with AI tools is required. You do not need to be a full AI expert genuine interest and a willingness to keep learning matters more.
Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
