We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Pitching: Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our products/services effectively.
- Sales Closing: Negotiate deals, handle objections professionally, and successfully close sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
