This is a remote position.
Primary purpose of the role:
The Pricing Administrator will process and delegate all emails in the Pricing inbox.
Key Accountabilities:
- Processing, delegating, colour coding, archiving group emails of the company to the right PIC daily.
- Monitoring all the enquiries are actioned and follow up for feedbacks.
- Proactively building relationships with the agents and generating new enquiries.
- Regularly monitoring the networks listing and finding ways to improve the presentation.
- Uploading documents under the correct quote in the company’s system daily.
- Loading rate sheets, cost sheets in the system.
- Utilizing all the possible Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams Tools in order to manage the Ops Teams shared calendar, shared mail and shared software.
- Proactively find ways and opportunities to improve the company’s shared mailbox, shared forms, shared software and applications.
- Other Administrative work such a completing form, agreement, on behalf of the company for the managers approval.
- Registering shipments in the company’s system and archiving/uploading back ups.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management.
- Generating quotes from the company’s system when necessary.
- Proactively generate and qualify leads for yourself and outside sales team through Quotes, and other company data base.
- Proactively educating yourself with the Company’s system skills as well as with the industry changes and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Matric required
- College/University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Advance knowledge of MS Outlook and office is a must.
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms and shipping documentation is required.
- Experience with CW1 (CargoWise One) is a strong advantage.
- 1 year of Freight Forwarding experience is preferred.
This is a Junior role with potential to grow into a Pricing analyst and exposure to learn the freight industry.
Working hours: EST/PST Hours
