We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Civil Diploma holder to supervise and manage on-site construction activities. The primary focus of this role will be executing government road construction projects. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of road building materials, quality checks, and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities, specifically focusing on road development and government infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all construction work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and government compliance standards.
- Manage and coordinate with on-site labor, contractors, and machinery operators.
- Track daily progress, maintain site registers, and report material requirements to the management.
- Conduct basic quality checks on construction materials (asphalt, concrete, aggregates) used in road building.
- Assist in maintaining documentation required for government billing and project tracking.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
