Primary purpose of the role:
Responsible for creating a Digital Media strategy and execution that includes all Digital touch points. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making decisions. Develop a Strategy by choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client’s objectives.
Major responsibilities & deliverables:

Designing Digital Media Strategy that includes all Digital touch points (Bought, Owned and Earned). Framing media investment strategies for clients toward the accomplishment of their short-term and long-term goals

Building a Creative Media Plan by selecting the right channels, formats, and placements for the Client campaign within the client’s budget. Making media plans in response to the latest audience figures be it on Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Google, etc.

Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, helping clients to reach a final decision about their future advertising strategy.

Monitor Digital Media Planning trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings.

Managing budgets and maintaining advertising spend records

Have in-depth knowledge of the quality audience for all Clients

Analyze the overall work and proficiency of the team

Reference/ research - share more/new ideas and be up to date with the latest happenings and news in the industry

Trainings to keep the team on the same page

Attend all team meetings and give feedback/suggestions for account performance
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Paid media Manager of at least 4+ experience in the Digital Industry

Broad knowledge of media channels

Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

An analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics and math

Strong decision-making skills

Need to know the platform functioning and key metrics
