Key Responsibilities
Identify new store locations (malls/high street) for expansion
Conduct feasibility studies (footfall, catchment, competition, ROI)
Plan and execute new store openings within timelines
Negotiate rent and commercial terms with landlords
Close lease agreements and legal documentation
Monitor store profitability and occupancy cost vs revenue
Identify and onboard franchise partners/investors
Support franchise setup and ensure brand standard compliance
Prepare weekly reports, MIS, and KPI tracking
Requirements
Graduate/MBA preferred
10–12 years experience in retail expansion/business development
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Good knowledge of leasing, franchise business, and store operations
Proficient in MS Excel & reporting
Preferred
Experience in retail/fashion/lifestyle industry
Strong network with landlords and mall developers
Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
