Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AR Caller to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The AR Caller will be responsible for following up with insurance companies on outstanding medical claims, resolving claim denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Review and analyze claim status, EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), and denial reasons.
- Resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims by taking appropriate action.
- Reprocess or appeal claims when required.
- Document all call outcomes and claim updates accurately in the billing system.
- Work on aging reports to reduce outstanding accounts receivable.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Understanding of insurance claims, denials, EOBs, and payer guidelines.
