- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, civil drawings, and construction.
- Skills:
- Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Experience in railway construction , designing and planning residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in civil drawings and understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability in design.
- Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of railway construction standards and regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to produce high-quality, accurate designs and blueprints.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
