Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented **ITI Turner Trade freshers** to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining of Machines and equipment to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate conventional lathe machines for turning, facing, drilling, threading, and boring operations.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
* Perform basic machine setup under supervision.
* Measure components using vernier callipers, micrometres, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
* Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain quality standards.
* Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at the workplace (5S standards).
* Assist senior machinists in troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
* Maintain daily production reports and job records.
Eligibility Criteria
* ITI certification in **Turner Trade** from a recognized institute.
* Freshers can apply (0–2 year experience preferred ).
* Basic knowledge of machining processes and measuring tools.
* Understanding of industrial safety norms.
Required Skills
* Basic knowledge of conventional lathe operations.
* Ability to read simple engineering drawings.
* Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn and work in shifts.
* Teamwork and discipline.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
* Exposure to CNC machines (basic knowledge).
* Knowledge of cutting tools and materials.
* Familiarity with ISO quality standards.
