Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic *Customer Care Executive* to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding products, orders, and complaints
- Resolve customer queries related to healthcare products in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Meet daily/weekly call handling and resolution targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
- Patient, empathetic, and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
