We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our workspace. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist members and visitors, and ensure a smooth day-to-day experience within the workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage visitor check-ins and maintain records
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and workspace availability
- Support onboarding of new members and provide workspace tours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and basic reporting
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors when required
- Ensure a high level of customer service and member satisfaction
