Job Title: Head – Legal / Legal Head

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Legal Head to lead and manage all legal, contractual, and compliance matters of the EPC business. The role focuses on contract management, project risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance across large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate EPC contracts
- Handle turnkey contracts, FIDIC-based agreements, subcontractor and vendor agreements
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks in project bids and execution
- Support tendering team during bid stage (RFP/RFQ review)
2. Claims & Dispute Resolution:
- Handle claims related to delays, cost overruns, variation orders, and liquidated damages
- Manage arbitration, litigation, and dispute proceedings
- Coordinate with external counsels and represent company interests
3. Regulatory & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and industry regulations
- Develop internal compliance frameworks and legal policies
- Ensure adherence to environmental, labor, and safety regulations
4. Project & Corporate Legal Support:
- Provide legal support to project execution teams
- Advise on contractual obligations, notices, and risk exposure
- Handle board resolutions, legal documentation, and statutory filings
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships
5. Risk Management & Leadership:
- Identify legal risks across projects and operations
- Develop mitigation strategies and legal SOPs
- Conduct legal audits and due diligence
- Lead and mentor legal team and manage external law firms

- Effective contract closure with minimal claims
- Compliance adherence rate
- Successful resolution of arbitration/litigation cases
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
