Primary Purpose: To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all visitors and customers by managing front-desk operations, coordinating site visits, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Reception Management
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, channel partners, and guests.
- Manage reception and visitor registration.
- Maintain visitor records and daily footfall reports.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and guest arrangements.
Customer Experience
- Ensure a pleasant experience for prospective homebuyers.
- Guide visitors through the initial project briefing process.
- Coordinate refreshments and hospitality during site visits.
- Address basic customer queries and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel.
Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and manage customer site visits.
- Coordinate with sales teams regarding visitor appointments.
- Arrange transportation, if applicable.
- Ensure project brochures, presentations, and marketing materials are available.
Sales Support
- Maintain lead and visitor databases in CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Assist sales teams with documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers regarding visits.
Customer Query Handling
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office appearance and reception area standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility management teams.
- Manage inventory of brochures, stationery, and hospitality supplies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline. Undergraduates can also apply
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Hotel Management is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
