About the Role
Kenzo Infosystems Private Limited is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive / Account Manager with a strong background in IT product and solution sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling IT infrastructure products and services including computers, laptops, servers, networking, Wi-Fi, surveillance, cybersecurity, storage, and related enterprise solutions.
The role requires both office-based business development and field sales activities, including client meetings, lead generation, account management, relationship building, and closing business opportunities across corporate, SMB, education, healthcare, hospitality, and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
Identify potential clients and build long-term business relationships.
Meet corporate clients, institutions, offices, schools, hospitals, and commercial establishments to understand their IT requirements.
Pitch IT infrastructure products and solutions based on customer needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Account Management
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sales coordination.
Product & Solution Selling
Experience in selling one or more of the following:
Desktops, laptops, and workstations
Servers and storage solutions
Networking products (Switches, Routers, Access Points, Wi-Fi Solutions)
CCTV & Surveillance Solutions
Cybersecurity & Firewall Solutions
Cloud and Backup Solutions
UPS, racks, structured cabling, and IT accessories
Field Sales Responsibilities
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Visit project sites and coordinate with customers for solution discussions.
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and closures.
Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution.
Office Responsibilities
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and procurement teams.
Regular follow-up with leads and existing clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in IT product or solution sales.
Prior experience in field sales and account handling is mandatory.
Good knowledge of IT hardware, networking, security, and enterprise solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Comfortable with client meetings and travel within Delhi NCR.
Target-oriented and self-motivated professional.
