We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our Learning & Development team. The role involves designing visually engaging learning materials, creating professional presentations, developing graphics, researching content, scripting educational videos, and editing multimedia content that supports employee learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics, infographics, posters, and visual learning materials.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for training programs.
- Research and organize content for learning and development projects.
- Develop scripts and voiceover content for educational and training videos.
- Edit training videos, reels, and multimedia learning content.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the L&D team to develop engaging learning materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and visual standards.
- Create visual assets for classroom, virtual, and digital learning programs.
- Maintain and organize digital content libraries and design assets.
- Deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Animation, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
