We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate Full-time IT HR Executive / Manager to join our growing tech company in Tirupati. You will be responsible for sourcing top tech talent, managing employee relations, designing performance incentives, and building a vibrant workspace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard technical talent (Python/Flask Developers, UI/UX Designers, Sales Executives, Interns).
- Employee Management: Track daily attendance, manage leaves, and oversee day-to-day office administration.
- Performance & Incentives: Monitor team performance and implement structured incentive programs to boost motivation and productivity.
- HR Policies & Operations: Draft official offer letters, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and build company policy guidelines from scratch.
- Team Engagement: Conduct regular feedback sessions and organize team-building activities to maintain high morale and employee retention.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in HR, B.Tech, or any graduate with relevant IT HR experience.
- Technical Sourcing: Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and technical terms (Python, Databases, Web Frameworks).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities.
- Mindset: Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup culture.
