Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead / Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of experience in Adobe Experience Cloud and Marketing Technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on implementation expertise across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP, AEM Assets, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.
The role involves partnering with business, marketing, and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize digital customer experiences, content supply chains, and marketing operations while leveraging AI-driven content innovation within the Adobe ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Design and implement integrated solutions across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP, AEM Assets, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe GenStudio.
- Build end-to-end customer journey orchestration for personalized, omnichannel marketing experiences.
- Configure customer segmentation, identity resolution, audience activation, and personalization strategies.
- Design and manage unified customer profiles using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Implement real-time customer engagement across email, SMS, push notifications, web, and other digital channels.
- Develop and optimize content supply chain processes using AEM Assets (DAM), ensuring efficient digital asset management and governance.
- Configure and optimize Adobe Workfront for campaign planning, workflow automation, approvals, and resource management.
- Support AI-driven content creation and campaign optimization using Adobe GenStudio or similar AI-powered content platforms.
- Design integrations between Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise applications including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, eCommerce platforms, and third-party marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement APIs, middleware, and cloud-based integrations across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, gather business requirements, present solution demonstrations, and provide strategic consulting.
- Drive best practices, governance, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Digital Platforms, Marketing Technology, Customer Experience, or Enterprise Applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / Real-Time CDP
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets / DAM)
- Adobe Workfront
- Adobe GenStudio or similar AI-driven content platforms
- Experience designing and implementing customer journey orchestration and personalization solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer data management, audience segmentation, identity resolution, and real-time activation.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM), content governance, and content supply chain optimization.
- Knowledge of marketing operations, workflow automation, and campaign lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating Adobe solutions with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, eCommerce platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, middleware, cloud integration, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
