Deliver assigned Management courses effectively, complete 100% of the prescribed syllabus, use contemporary teaching methods such as case studies and simulations, and achieve a student feedback score of 4/5 or above.
Publish a minimum of 2 research papers in peer-reviewed/recognized journals and present at least 1 paper at a national/international conference during the academic year.
Mentor assigned students, monitor their academic performance, provide career guidance, and supervise at least 2 student projects/dissertations.
- Academic/Institutional Contribution:
Actively participate in at least 2 departmental/institutional committees and contribute to seminars, workshops, FDPs, curriculum development and accreditation-related activities.
- Professional & Industry Development:
Complete at least 2 faculty development/certification programmes and facilitate 2 industry interactions/guest lectures/industry visits for students.
