Roles & Responsibilities :
To Design an industrial washing machine.
To design conveyor (chain conveyor, roller conveyor).
Selection of Pneumatics required for the machine.
Selection of Motor and gear Box according to the design requirement.
To maintain and develop the Design calculation sheet for the required Process.
Preparation of DAP drawing.
Knowledge of Material, Fabrication &. Machining processes.
To Release the drawings, maintain revision.
Calculation & selection of Bought out items e.g., Blower, Gearbox, Heaters, Heater box, pump, nozzles.
To Design fixtures according to components.
Skills :
Generally 4–6 years of relevant design SPM experience.
Proficiency in CAD software ( Solid edge, AutoCAD), GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and simulation tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, material selection, and industry-specific regulations.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
Qualifications :
ITI , Diploma and Deegree (Mechanical)
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
