We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer with hands-on experience in Mastercam and CNC machining operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing precision components for Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Medical Devices, and General Engineering Industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for VMC machining operations.
- Analyze engineering drawings and select suitable machining strategies.
- Plan tooling, fixtures, and machine setups for efficient production.
- Optimize machining processes to achieve cycle time reduction and improved productivity.
- Monitor production activities and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth manufacturing operations.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and process control.
Required Skills
✅ 3–5 years of experience as a VMC Programmer
✅ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Mastercam
✅ Strong knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, fixtures, and machine setting
✅ Experience in production control and process optimization
✅ Ability to reduce cycle time and tooling costs
✅ Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining processes
✅ Proficiency in MS Office applications
✅ Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Medical, or Precision Engineering components preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
