- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application design and development activities to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure integration and compatibility of software components.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and tools.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Tivoli Netcool.
- Strong experience in application design, development, and configuration within complex software environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively across multiple teams.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Experience in managing and guiding team members to achieve technical and project objectives.
