Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all culinary operations with a focus on luxury wellness cuisine and exceptional guest dining experiences.
- Design innovative, nutrition-focused menus in collaboration with Nutritionists, Ayurveda Experts, and Wellness teams.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, HACCP, and FSSAI compliance.
- Drive menu engineering, food cost optimization, inventory management, and sustainable sourcing practices.
- Mentor and lead the culinary team while delivering operational excellence and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Preferred Background: Luxury Hotels, Wellness Resorts, Destination Spas, or Premium Hospitality Brands.
