Job Summary
The Relationship Manager – Wheels is responsible for acquiring new customers, generating business, and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio for Used Vehicle Finance. The role focuses on achieving sales and disbursement targets through direct sourcing, dealer and DSA channels, while ensuring excellent customer service, portfolio quality, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales, loan disbursement, and collection targets for Used Vehicle Finance.
- Source new business through direct customer acquisition, automobile dealers, DSAs, and referral channels.
- Conduct customer meetings, understand financing requirements, and perform preliminary credit assessments.
- Collect and verify customer documentation, ensuring compliance with KYC and internal processes.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, connectors, DSAs, and local influencers to generate business.
- Ensure timely customer follow-ups for loan processing, disbursement, and repayment discipline.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities for other financial products and value-added services.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and share insights with the Branch Business Manager.
Desired Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Vehicle Finance, Used Car Finance, Auto Loans, or Retail Lending.
- Hands-on experience in dealer management, DSA management, and direct customer sourcing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
