We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist with proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies, technical SEO, content optimization, and analytics. You will be responsible for executing data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility for multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for clients across various industries.
- Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and execute fixes.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content.
- Manage and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with web developers to enhance site speed, user experience (UX), and mobile responsiveness.
- Generate SEO reports and present insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of local SEO strategies, including Google My Business (GMB) optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for strategy improvements.
