Job Title: Primary English Teacher
Job Summary
The Primary English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons for primary school students. The teacher will focus on developing students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills through interactive and age-appropriate teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons according to the school curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary skills.
- Use stories, poems, role plays, activities, games, and multimedia to make learning interesting.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom activities.
- Assess students' academic progress through classwork, assignments, tests, and observations.
- Provide additional support to students who need help with English language skills.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Promote good reading habits through story reading, library activities, and age-appropriate books.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues regarding student development when required.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers to support students' overall development.
- Follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and child-safety procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with child-centered and activity-based teaching methods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
