Role Overview
As the Project Manager at Skyla Collective, you are hands-on and responsible for driving on-ground execution across our hotel projects. You work closely with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. This is a site-driven role with a strong focus on execution, not coordination alone.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Layout Ownership
- Review architectural and interior drawings from an execution and operations perspective
- Identify gaps in layouts, BOH planning, and space utilisation
- Work with architects and designers to freeze practical, build-ready designs
- Minimise rework by resolving issues early in the design stage
Site Execution
- Visit sites regularly and track day-to-day progress
- Monitor contractor performance against timelines
- Ensure quality of finishes and adherence to specifications
- Resolve site-level challenges quickly and independently
MEP Coordination
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems
- Identify clashes between services and civil/interior works
- Work with consultants and vendors to resolve technical issues
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate between landlords, architects, contractors, and internal teams
- Drive decisions and close pending action points
- Maintain clarity and alignment across all stakeholders
Project Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain project timelines, trackers, and risk logs
- Flag delays early and propose solutions
- Share structured weekly updates with leadership

Pre-Opening Execution
- Support FF&E and OS&E planning and execution
- Oversee snagging and final finishing
- Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team
Cost & Budget Management
- Track project budgets, especially FF&E and OS&E
- Coordinate with finance for milestone-based payments
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Experience & Skills
- 9–12 years of experience in project execution
- Background in hotel projects, interior fit-outs, or construction execution
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
- Hands-on experience with site execution and contractor management
- Working knowledge of MEP systems
- Strong coordination and follow-through skills
This Role is Not For
- Profiles with only PMO or reporting experience without site exposure
- Design-only roles without execution experience
- Maintenance or facilities-focused roles

Additional Information
- This role requires frequent site visits and active involvement in execution
- Compensation will be aligned with experience and market standards
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
