ANLR and Co., a growing Chartered Accountancy firm, is looking for a responsible, mature and well-organised Executive Assistant to work closely with the Partner of the firm.
The role involves managing the Partner's day-to-day professional requirements, coordinating with clients and team members, maintaining schedules and ensuring timely follow-up on important assignments and commitments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Partner's calendar, meetings, appointments and daily schedule.
- Coordinate and follow up with clients, employees and external stakeholders.
- Handle professional emails, correspondence, documents and other communications.
- Maintain records, trackers and MIS reports as required.
- Follow up on pending assignments, client requirements, payments and other commitments.
- Assist the Partner in coordinating meetings and ensuring timely completion of action points.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm-related information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and other administrative requirements, whenever required.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, letters and other professional documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that tasks assigned by the Partner are followed up and completed on time.
- Handle other administrative and professional support activities entrusted by the Partner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / MBA or relevant qualifications will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Coordinator or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Professional appearance, conduct and communication.
- Should be trustworthy, dependable and comfortable handling confidential information.
